Marta is a lawyer specialized in corporate law, with extensive experience advising national and international companies. She is admitted to practice by the Barcelona Bar Association.
Throughout her career, Marta has developed key expertise in company incorporation, drafting and formalizing corporate resolutions and notarial powers, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, ongoing legal counsel to businesses, and handling complex corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions.
She holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona, complemented by an Erasmus program at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium). She also earned a dual Master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Law Practice at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
