He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.<br>He has extensive experience advising national and international clients in civil and commercial dispute resolution, both in pre-litigation and in the judicial stage.<br>Jaume is an specialist lawyer in Asset Tracing &amp; Recovery, Fraud, Insolvency and enforcement of judgements and arbitral awards, especially in enforcement of foreign judgements in Spain.<br>His main areas of practice are Civil and Commercial dispute Resolutions: Litigation, Private International Law, Insolvency and Criminal Law.<br>Jaume is a graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona, where he also completed his Master de Acceso a la Abogacia allowing him to become a member of the Barcelona Bar Association. He has also completed the Master\u2019s Degree in Procedural Law at the University of Salamanca.<br>Jaume is also a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Languages:<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>spanish, english and italian<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jaume is Head of the Litigation Department at Lawants.
