The project client, called the <em>promotor<\/em> in Spanish law, must provide the contractor with the information needed to submit the notification correctly and on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does a Subcontractor Have to Submit Its Own Notification?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Generally, no.
