GUILLEM NAVARRO

Guillem is international corporate lawyer Lawants. He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.He accompanies our clients, trying to anticipate their needs and provide specialized and efficient legal advice on all kinds of commercial and contractual matters.He is specialized in providing legal advice on all types of corporate operations, Due Diligence processes, M&A, drafting shareholders’ agreements, as well as conducting the corporate governance of our clients. He also actively participates in the drafting, negotiation, analysis and interpretation of international commercial contracts.Guillem also actively collaborates with our Tax and Litigation Department to provide a global service to our clients.He is a graduate in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, where he also completed his Master de Acceso a la Abogacía, allowing him to become a member of the Barcelona Bar Association. He has academic and professional experience abroad, having studied at the University of Bologna and collaborated professionally with a leading law firm in the Netherlands.Guillem has completed a Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Barcelona Bar Association, as well as a Course on Sale and Purchase at the same institution and a Course on Corporate Practice at the Centro de Estudios Financieros.
